Drawing inspiriation from artists such as Dave Dudley, Red Simpson, Commander Cody and His Lost Planet Airmen - St.Peterbilt has evolved into a cow-punk-turned-trucking sort of sound.
Self described as: "a double clutchin', scale jumpin', mile makin', tailgaitin', possum squashin', cop dodgin', pinballin', jackknifen', gear bustin' sort of a band," St.Peterbilt melds trucking songs of yesteryear with their own unique and lively style - creating a listening experience not soon to be forgotten!
The guys have been busy playing trucking music at several venues in Sonoma County and new shows are being added weekly.
Recent appearances, included a live
session in the studio at KRSH 95.9 fm radio here in Sonoma County.
The new CD will be released shortly and T-shirts with the cool logo will be available for purchase through the web site next week - stay tuned!
